ALuK · Aluminium · 4 panel
A four-panel aluminium AluK doorset in Soham was reported jammed shut. The assessment found very little clearance between the header and the top of the panels, and recommended realignment to correct it. The doorset was released without damage, all panels were realigned and serviced, and the shootbolts, which had been incorrectly set up during installation, were adjusted.
