Reynaers is a Belgian aluminium systems manufacturer whose ConceptFolding 77 range is made by specialist partners. CF77 and CF77-SL doors can use different visible frame lines, threshold and drainage choices, including low and flat threshold arrangements.

CF77 is not one threshold detail. Published system literature lists high-performance, double-weather-seal, low and flat-bottom options, with drainage choices that change the way the water and lower running gear must be assessed. A catching or wet threshold is therefore read against the installed setup.
The CF77-SL variant uses a slim-line profile with an integrated bottom-running arrangement and stainless-steel rollers. We inspect the roller hinge set, track, panel height and frame relationship together, rather than assuming a lock adjustment will correct a panel that has dropped.
Reynaers installation guidance places particular emphasis on toe-and-heel glazing. If packers have not kept the glass and panel square, the lock side can droop, the panel can catch and the handle can become difficult to operate. We verify that alignment before quoting for hardware.
Reynaers doors are supplied through independent fabricators, so the specification can vary behind the same brand name. We record the actual CF77 variant, hardware finish, threshold, drainage and seal detail before deciding whether a compatible repair route exists.
What the assessment actually involves.
It starts with more than a quick look at the handle. Every assessment follows the same nine-stage assessment process, because that is the only way to quote accurately.
We start with the background and history of the doorset, then take extensive measurements for distortion and check the frame for square and twist. We test operation under load, check drainage paths, and inspect glazing, gaskets and packers. Where parts are involved, components and part numbers are verified against the manufacturer, and every measurement and observation is cross-checked against the manufacturer's recommended tolerances. Only once that cross-check is complete do we provide an accurate quotation.

Identifying the system, cross-checking component and part availability, and sourcing suitable parts through our established European network of suppliers is our job.
