A seven-panel uPVC doorset on a Siegenia system in Dereham was reported with doors that would not close or lock correctly. The assessment traced the fault to the original installation, where the double glazed units had not been toe and heeled. That left a long-term alignment fault running through the doorset, which had in turn caused component failure. The repair replaced the bottom rollers, realigned all seven panels, replaced the hinge covers and serviced the components.
