A five-panel aluminium Cortizo doorset in Epping needed servicing, with alignment issues carried through all panels. One panel was jammed against the threshold and unable to open, with damaged, loose aluminium trim at the bottom of the panel. The existing aftermarket magnet catch was not holding the traffic door. The repair realigned the doorset by repositioning hinges and toe and heeling the double-glazed units, repaired the damaged panel trim, upgraded the existing magnet catch and fitted a supplementary magnet catch at the bottom of the traffic door to improve operation.
